Orders and Returns
All NATIVA Leather products are 100% Handmade in Natural Leather.
Changes in color tone and marks are characteristic of dyed across, natural Leather and time enhance its beauty and uniqueness.
Please avoid high humidity, rain or long direct exposure to sunlight.
We recommend storing in the soft fabric bag.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, merchandise is eligible for a full refund (shipping costs and duties paid will not be included) if returned to our customer service department within 30 days of the delivery date.
You can also exchange your product for another one (full shipping costs will be charged) or get an online shop credit to make another purchase.
Returned or exchanged products must be unused, with all ticketing, tags and protective shields attached, in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
To make the return the first step is writing to firstname.lastname@example.org telling us that you want to make a return, you have to indicate your name, order number and to attach the purchase receipt.
Then send the package back to us at the address listed above via prepaid method. We recommend using an insured and traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery.
Be sure to include in the package the RETURN & EXCHANGE form that we sent you by email when you notified us your return, please fill it with your name, address and order number, indicating the items you are returning and any other pertinent information. We will appreciate if you let us know the reasons you have for your return. Any feedback will always help us improve. If you don’t have the form we will send it once you write to email@example.com telling us that you want to make a return.
NATIVA Leather will not be held responsible for item(s) lost or damaged in transit.
Any merchandise returned to NATIVA Leather after the allowed time stated in our policy, will be returned to the customer and an additional shipping fee will be charged.
NATIVA Leather will ship all soiled, worn, laundered and damaged items back to the customer, as we can no longer re-sell the merchandise.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns or exchanges.
Online shop credits, refunds, and exchanges shipment will not be made until the returned item is received and approved for the client request (online shop credit, exchange or refund).
